This hotel has a great location, making it easy to get to nice restaurants and close to the ferry for island trips. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, which is a rarity in Thailand. However, the lack of slippers and just average service hold it back a bit. Overall, it's good value for money, especially considering the ambiance and cleanliness.
